Stone Bridge Enterprise is a faith based social enterprise that provides training and creates permanent and transitional employment opportunities for individuals who face career obstacles while providing valuable services for commercial and residential customers.

According to the most recent study done by the Will County Workforce Development Board the unemployment rate has reached 9.2% in Will county. Along with these numbers the average yearly salary was just under $14k. These numbers are to be considered along with the total population of 706,067 and working class of 476,006.

Stone Bridge exists to put these types of statistics to a halt. We at Stone Bridge create opportunities and outlets for individuals who face obstacles to employment. We provide job skill and character training using Biblical principles. These principles include Humility, Conflict Resolution, and digging deep to find what is motivating an individual.

Our goal is to use these opportunities that we are creating, for our permanent and transitional employees, to build a reputation within our community. Businesses who are then looking to hire trustworthy employees know that Stone Bridge has properly trained and provided a significant amount of work experience for future permanent employment.

Teaming up with Stone Bridge Enterprise will result in providing more jobs for individuals in our community, pulling them off the streets, providing individuals a substantial living income, giving them a chance to pay taxes and get off of government funding, and providing training to obtain and retain permanent employment.
